Shipping Policy

Presto Kitchen offers worldwide shipping on all available products. All orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed and confirmed. Once an order has been processed, customers will receive a confirmation indicating that the order is being prepared for shipment.

Estimated shipping time is typically five to eight days depending on the destination country, customs processing times, and the selected carrier. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Presto Kitchen is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional shipping fees.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so customers can monitor the delivery status of their package.

Presto Kitchen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.
