Orders placed with Presto Kitchen may be cancelled only if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact Presto Kitchen as soon as possible using prestokitchen@proton.me or by phone at (715) 652-3540. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on order status at the time of the request.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible and the order will be treated under the return or refund policy if applicable.
Presto Kitchen reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already been fulfilled, packed, or handed over to the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before completing a purchase to avoid errors or unwanted orders.
